Application:The line is designed to produce aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod by means of continuous casting and rolling. The material is pure aluminum ingot, electrolytic molten aluminum or aluminum alloy. And the produced rod diameters are Ф9.5mm, Ф12mm and Ф15mm.Main Components:Four-wheel type casting machine, active fore traction, automatic shearer, active straightening device, frequency doubling induction heater, active feeding device, 2+12 aluminum alloy rod continuous rolling machine, conic pipe rolling wheel drum type rod guiding coiler, dual-basket rod take-up, continuous casting and rolling line electrical control system, continuous rolling lubricating oil system, continuous rolling machine lubricating oil system, continuous rolling machine emulsion circulation system etc.

Brief Technological Process:

Aluminum ingot → molten aluminum (aluminum alloy) → molten aluminum (aluminum alloy) refining → sampling → holding device → filting →casting → cooling casting blank →sending ingot by active traction and front blank shearing → straightening →(including heating) →active feeding and enter the rolling → rolling → rod guiding without oil (quenching cooling) →continuous rod winding →orbital dual-basket rod collection →bundle→ finished aluminum rod measuring → check up → warehousingThe melting aluminum or the molten aluminum (molten aluminum alloy), through the holding furnace and launder get into four-wheel type continuous casting machine, continuously cast into 2450mm2 section trapezoid type aluminum ingot. The aluminum ingot is sent into automatic shearer by active pulling, and cut the scrap ingot. After straightening, the temperature will be increased by frequency doubling induction heating device. 

Active material feeding structure sends the trapezoid type ingot into continuous rolling machine to produce rod. Continuously guide rod and coil rod by conic rolling wheel water drum type coiler device, then coil the rod into double basket.Main Technical Data1. Produced rod diameter: Ф9.5mm, Ф12mm, Ф15mm2.
